I've set it up with the usual needed AP type configurations (DHCP off, subnet set to same as primary, incoming line from primary router into LAN port, etc. etc.) The wired and wireless web connections from the N150 AP seem to be working fine, but every time I log into the Netgear, it tries to update firmware and I get a 'no connection to internet' failure message. Any ideas what is going on here? Thanks.
nothing wrong with your setting at all.
only problem with you are not able to check your firmware because the way the gui is setup is go through internet port so when you use as AP and connection are LAN to LAN, you will NOT able to check firmware.
you MUST manually check from support.netgeaar, download the manual and upload manually.
