Netgear night Hawk Extender ex7000

I have tried to get this product to work on two different occasions a year apart.  The documentation and the inability to get to the right confg app IP is the worse I’ve ever seen.  I got the app to work and the unit found both my 2.4 and 5G router lines.  Then it would not let me open webpages on my laptop or phone.   I unplugged it and plugged it back in and did a quick speed test before it signed me out, the speed did not improve at all.  So again, I unplugged it and sent it down to the technology dump in my basement.  I would not recommend this product to my worse enemy.  Have a great day.
