firmware: V1.0.0.206
the extender is connected to my main router:Draytek Vigor 2132FVn
it is running in extender mode
it is connected to my gaming pc via a cat 5 ethernet cable
if i hardwire into extender and test my speeds i get these results:
9 ping ms
18 mbps download
33mbps upload
i don't know how to change the routers wifi channel can you help me with that?

try checking your router manuals. it should be in the wireless settings

Is it setup in mesh mode?
are you using high band 5ghz or lower band (32-48 or 149-165) for the backhaul? (router---extender connection)
Does the same issue happen if connected directly to the router? The extender is reliant on the router so if the router is having the ping issues, so will the extender.
