Netgear Pl 1000 stops working at 10pm for about 30 minutes

So I've recently discovered that my PL 1000 stops working at 10pm for about 30 minutes,

The internet connection becomes really slow and unusable, this is particulary annoying in my situation since I play Esports and my internet shutting down during a gaming session isn't pretty.

The Powerline works completely fine until it's 10 pm, I have no clue what causes this so I would like any tips or suggestions possible.
