Netgear Range Extender blocking NetFlix and BellSouth.net

I also have AT&T TV set up in another room. I am an employee of ATT so I am helping with a BETA test. Anyway, the AT&T TV connect to the Nighthawk via WiFi and I can run NetFlix without any problems.
I am starting to think it might be my Panasonic Viera TV that is affecting the NetFlix. BellSouth.net is still a mystery.
I ran a connection test on it and it passed. I did notice that the IP Address appears and disappears when I am in the Netgear Management App. It took me a second to figure out why. When I turn the TV off, the IP address drops from the list. The IP address does not reappear until I run the connection test. I guess it makes sense that the IP address disappears when the TV is not powered on but if there is an issue with the IP addrress on the TV, wouldnt UVerse stop working? As I said, the TV connects to the NIghthawk which connects to the Uverse Router - all via Ethernet cable. TV has the latest firmware.
