When the Extender stops working the Power Led is Green and the Router Link Led is Green. The Device Link Led is not on. When it is working all three Led's are green. It stopped today when I was here and noticed that the devices connected directly to the Modem/router did not lose connectivity.

Next time it happens. Log into the extender (you don't have to be connected to it) using its IP address (can get that from the router).
Get a screensnip of the status page as that can show us the connections between router---extender and extender---devices.

Unfortunately I'm not very computer literate. It disconnected today but I couldn't figure out how to log into my extender to look at the status page.
