Netgear wifi extender ac 1900 keeps shuttong off its wifi
I just bought a netgear ac 1900 wifi extender and I go through the setup but at the very end of it when it tries to connect to my netgear nighthawk router the wifi extenders wifi shuts off and is not visible. And it it does come visible I can't connect to it I need help bad. Been trying to figure it out for a couple hours now

Make sure you're placing the extender within range of the Nighthawk router and avoid interference. Reset the extender and try the setup again from scratch. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version for compatibility. Double-check your WiFi network credentials (SSID and password) during setup. Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy connections on your devices. If possible, try setting up the extender with a different device (e.g., smartphone or laptop). If issues persist, contact Netgear support for further assistance.
