Netgear Wifi extender
I've just changed my wifi router and had to set up my 2 extenders again. On the old router each of the extenders had a different name. First was wifiprovider. EXT and the second wifiprovider EXT_EXT....
It sounds like what you've done.
The only thing I'd be cautious of is if they have the same ssid, you can potentially get device that connect to the wrong extender.
and they can tend to be "sticky" meaning they'll tend to stay connected until they lose signal. If they have the same ssid its tough to manually go in and choose which to connect to.
If you log into one and add a 2 at the end, you'll know which device is which.
