Netgear WNDR3400 Wireless Router video play problems loading , choppy video
I just bought a ring doorbell and had to move my router to a different room to get better reception for the downstairs doorbell but now, I am having issues with my laptop playing videos , They seem to be choppy and it takes forever to load them. I am in a 2 family home upstairs apartment , Is this router effeciant enough or do I really need to buy an extender to get better reception. NOTE: I have already purchased a ring extender also for the doorbell and camera's around the apartment but I'm thinking the ring extender only works for the ring products or am I wrong? Is there something I am not doing that could be a problem ? any advice ? Thank you ahead of time, Butch ps. I might also add Everything was working Great until I had to move the router to get better reception for the Ring door bell downstairs I have 2 laptops, a Playstation 4 console, The doorbell ,and 2 camera's that work off this router . It doesnt seem to matter what time of day.

What speeds do you pay for?
The wndr3400 is not a gigabit router meaning its speeds are only 10/100mbps max.
And its an older dual band router.
And with living in an apartment, the 2.4ghz signal is pretty much worthless. 2.4ghz is more sensitive to interference (which there tends to be in apartments).
What modem is it connected to?
Do you still have issues if you move the laptop closer to the router?
