well, the community support forum is just members of the public helping out.
We're not netgear.
So if you want to see if you can get your device back up and running we're willing to help.
Even if its to sell it and buy new equipement, at least you'll recoup some of your loss.
What actual issue is the device having?
What have you done to try to fix it?
What firmware is on it?
What router/gateway are you connecting it to?
