New firmware update ex 3700

 I just updated my extender with the new firmware. After it’s update and reboot, I logged into extender for status but it displayed nothing. I proceeded to unplug extender waited a minute, re-plugged it and when it came up still had same problem!

It seems to be functioning OK, yet I cannot see its status as previous.

    Factory reset the EX and setup from scratch. 

    Check the web page with a different browser.
