New internet provider

Hello,

 

I have just changed my internet provider, how do I match my extender to that provider?

    I'd factory reset the extender and reinstall it using the guide. 

    push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    Then follow the re-install guide. 

    go to netgear.com/support/  and type in your model. that'll have the support site for your device.
