Nighthawk AC1900 Can`t connect Plex Remote Access

Please Help!!! I need help connecting to Plex Remote Access using the Nighthawk AC1900. And not through a Modem.

Im trying to access my Plex Server on my Roku TV. The Plex is working on my computer

but i get this message "Not available outside your network. Your server is signed in to Plex,

but is not reachable from outside your network." It works when i had the Optimum Modem

and i was paying for the Optimum Service. Its too expensive for me so i "cut the cord" on optimum

and am just signed into the public optimum service that anyone with the wifi adapter can access.

I live in an apartment building that has Public access to Optimum Wifi. I don't have a modem.

My Nighthawk AC1900 connects to Optimum Wifi in the building.

    I don't think you'll be able to with that setup. With plex, you have to open a certain port. and even if you open the port on your router, it can still be locked down through your public internet access.
