Dude,
AC1900 is a speed, NOT a model number. Look at the label on the router for model number. Most likely, you have an R7000.

That would be R7000. You can buy anything you fancy.
You say:

Better think the other way round, the EX7300s should be compatible with the new router. But anything should work.
Why do you want to replace the R7000? What can't it do that you want?
Depending on your answer and your budget, another approach might be to get a router that can replace your extenders. These things have a limited range and older WiFi technology. A decent Mesh system could let you pension off those older devices. The "MK" range is impressive.
You never know, a single router might fill the boll and let you ditch the extenders.
