Yes it works just fine from a web page.. I have tried several factory reset and cannot log on from the app. It give me the invalid password error
Same in my case. As I mentioned in the original post I can connect to the extender using Web browser with the same cresentials as I use in Nighthawk android app.

1. What device are you using in accessing the NH? Android or iOs?
2. What is the version of the Android or iOs?
3. Have you tried using a different device?
4. What is the current firmware version of the extender? What is the app version of the Nighthawk app?

No have not tried different device as other house phone is same
