Nighthawk app
So I’ve recently got the EX8000 to boost my WiFi in my room but when I use the app it says my firmware needs and update and to go to the website where I can update it. I can view my extender there but when I click on the update I’m left waiting indefinitely. Is there any way to fix this ?

I'd highly recommend hardwiring into the EX8000 and updating over a hardwire. Less likely to get corrupted and have issues while updating.

- Thanks I tried it but was met with the same issue. I wiped it as well and started from scratch to see if that would help but I’m still running into the same problem regardless of whether or not I use a laptop or phone.
What issue are you running into doing the manual update?
