Nighthawk Ax5 4200 died last night?
Ok so long story short- our main cable modem is a NETGEAR AC1900 Model C7000v2. We are using a nighthawk AX5 AX4200 downstream as the main wifi source since the modem area is kinda tucked into a corne...
IF the C7000 is setup in router mode, you'll need the AX5 (what actual model is it? Thats not the model number and AX4200 is a speed, not a model) to be in access point mode or it causes a double nat.
1. what are the leds on the AX5 doing?
2. is the C7000 in router mode? (meaning its still broadcasting wifi/functioning as a router)
3. did you try the AX5 in access point mode?
