Have you tried reinstalling the firmware on the extender, then do a factory reset/reinstall?
Yes I've tried that. I updated and it didn't work so after updating I did a factory reset, still didn't work. I'm thinking it's a hardware issue.
How about downgrading the firmware 2 versions?
it wouldn't be the first time an extenders firmware had a bug.
I'd also try hotspotting your phone and see if you can setup the extender to your phone to work just to test the extender.
Because the other issue could be the G1100 since its verizon's mesh device. Maybe they updated it and its causing the issue.
