Nighthawk EX7000 AC1900

I have recently changed my internet service provider to one with fiber optic (don't know if that matters) anyway, my NH extender has now stopped working.  I have done the "reset" thing and unplugged it and turned it on and off.  When it is on the only lights that remain on are the two arrows.  They are green, and they are solid.  The Netgear EXE does appear in my wireless options, but when I chose it, I am unable to get an internet connection.  I am NOT computer savvy, so I'm hoping its a simple fix.  Anyone?

The ex7000 has an ethernet port. Try hardwiring into it and going through the setup wizard.

Are you trying to set it up in AP mode or in extender mode?

what router is it connecting back to?

I’m not sure which mode I’m trying to set up in. I will try the Ethernet cable with the setup wizard. The NH booster is currently connected to the modem via the Ethernet cable which is using FIOS
