Nighthawk extender is now connected with a Technicolor router and it works smoothly.
Don't know why but the probem was surely with Alcatel router.

have you checked with alcatel? it seems like that router only supports 32 devices which isn't a standard amount. most support quite a bit more. Not sure if they have something limiting it
