Nighthawk M2 Default admin password not working cant factory reset.

I am trying to setup my mighthawk mesh system using the phone app. It asks me for admin log in credentials but the defauly login of admin/password isnt working. I tried to factory reset my system but the phone app still asks for an admin password when I try to start a new setup.
