Nighthawk Mesh X4S AC2200

Hello, trying to set up my wifi extender to comcast cable service and after going through set up the system shows I am connected but not connected to 2.4 or 5 wifi bands. Is there a phone number to get assistance with this product or can someone explain how I am connected to the wifi system but not my two bands

  • You should create an account and register your equipment, then create a support ticket for it or call the number provided as you navagate support options for your registered device.
