NIGHTHAWK R7850 RMA

My router is still under warranty, but can't get RMA #. Called and they want me to pay $90 for extended warranty. Can't connect to internet. 1 of the antennas came off and no one has been able to get it back on. Support TYEB given as tech name. He said I have to get the extended warranty so he can run diagnostic on it, then will send new one to replace broken 1. How stupid! I already ordered a new router (not Netgear) that was on Sam's sale for not much more than what they want to charge to BUY a
RMA, because that is what they are doing. How do I get a RMA? They are not honoring their warranty.

    many google for a support number and get scam sites. 

    you can start the rma process by clicking "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and then the device. From there there's a support/rma option.
