When you say router, are you referring to the router supplied by the cable company (which happens to be Spectrum) or do you mean the wifi extender? Because the router has no info on it except for the labels applied by Spectrum/Charter, which give the wifi adress and password, the seriel # a MAC # and log-in info. So I don't know a make or model number. But I logged in and checked the routers settings and didn't see anyplace where I could change channels or that even mentioned channels.
As it turns out, the Rokus weren't the only issue. Our phones started acting funky too and loading really slow, if it at all.
For something that looked to be pretty much plug-n-play, this is tuning out to be a PITA!! So I did a factory reset and the extender is now unplugged and setting on my desk.

Some more info that might be helpful; all of our devices (phones and Rokus) say we have a Excellent wifi signal, but no internet connection. And after doing some more reading about this, it sounds like this is a common problem when using Spectrum routers.
