nighthawk x4s ac2200 wifi range extender
I have a netgear ac1900 router and have added a nighthawk x4s ac2200 wifi extender. When I access the networks from the extender, I lose my internet connection. The wifi connection is there but no internet.

Model numbers are appreciated. Not sure what router you're using.
I take it for the extender you mean EX7500?
What firmware is on both devices?
Can you hardwire into the ex7500 and redo your setup via the browser (after updating firmware if needed)? mywifiext.net in the browser when connected.
You say the wifi connection is there but no internet, how do you know the extender is connected back to the router?
What are all the leds on it doing? (color, blinking, by names, etc)
