Extender was working great for 8 months but now no longer working. Only light on is power. I have reset but still nothing. Can't recognize router now which is a cisco. I have not changed any settings...
Are you trying to reinstall it using the wps method of install or using the smart installation wizard?
I'd highly recommend setting it up via the installation wizard when you're using a router from a different manufacturer.
Can't locate the smart wizard. Do you have a link. I did the guided assistance but still can't connect.
The support site has an install video. I think its the 2nd video if you click the over button. About 2 minutes in, it shows the installation wizard being used.

Thanks. I found it and was able to get the wifi light to go on but still nothing. I liked this product but this is too time consuming. It will be returned.
