Nighthawk X4S

I purchased the Nighthawk X4S tri-band wifi mesh extender some time ago but did not try to set it up until now.

I downloaded the Nighthawk app and created an account with PW.

Then I followed the instructions to set up my extender. Everything worked ok until I had to enter a PW to verify. I entered the PW I had created for my account but was told repeartedly that it was incorrect. To double-check I logged into my Netgear account with the same PW and it worked.
