Nighthawk X6 Tri-band WiFi Mesh Extender Requires Re-installation when powered off
Hi All!
I returned from vacation to my home office network extender down. It was as if it had never been setup as it no loner showed up as a wireless option. I assumed it did a factory reset, so I went through the process of re-installing everything.
However, I powered it off twice to make sure all was well and each time I did everything was lost again. I have had the extender for several years without issue and had never needed to re-install, so I am at a loss as to what to do. I checked the firmware and everything is updated.
Any ideas as to how to fix this issue?

Any progress on this?
What Firmware version is loaded on the EX?
What is the Mfr and model# of the main host router the NG extender is connected too? What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Have you factory reset the EX and setup from scratch?
