Nighthawk X65 wi-fi range extender - radiation query

Please can anyone settle a debate as to whether there are any radiation / health concerns regarding the use of the Netgear Nighthawk X65 Tri-Band wi-fi range extender? Many thanks in advance!

- There aren't, else it won't pass the FCC (and similar in other countries)
