Nighthawk x6s ac3000 ex8000
I can't connect to my router either using the WPS buttons or the app. When I try to add netgear_ext it says it can't authenticate

did you setup the extender using wps? If so, factory reset it and rerun setup using the installation wizard.
Reason why is wps sometimes gets coded different between manufacturers.
firmware on the extender?
What router is it connected to?
