Nighthawk X6s AC3000 will not connect to router
Hi, After a brief power outage the above extender has stopped connecting to router. I have tried rebooting both (in close proximity to one another), with the same result. One thing has changed I have...
factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

when you factory reset and then connect to the netgear_ext and go through setup, what happens?
It doesn't work doesn't tell us much. Does it go through setup?
Are you unable to access it?
If you log into the router, does the extender show as an attached device?
Can you access it through its IP address the router assigns to it?
