Help!!! Had a power surge or hickup during firmware upgrade I think. All LEDs blinking white and power button blinking red. Tried to download Ver. 1.0.1.202 from Netgear download site several times. Each time the firmware file would not mount stating "file corrupted." Can't get Neatgear to respond to my issue. Does this have a resolution or workaround. The device is useless if I can't get it updated, reconnected and stable again. I've had no trouble since setting it up a year ago. Works great.

have you tried recoving it via tftp
