No access

My warranty has been up for awhile now but i cant access my account under the mywifiext website and my recovery questions are apparently wrong.. anyone know a way i can access my account? iv also missed the past 3 firmware upgrades due to this issue.. any help would be phenomenal.

    You'll need to do a factory reset on the extender, and set it up again.
