No connectivity

For some odd reason, my macbooks, iPhones and HP desktop see the Orbi 6 and connect easily but my dell laptop with Win 10 doesn't even see the network. Priviously it was working fine. Any idea what I should try?

    A couple things. 
    look up the actual wireless module in the dell laptop. Many of them  used intel wireless chips. And they didn't get updated from microsoft/dell so were using outdated drivers that didn't work with AX. 

    So find out what your wireless chip is in it, then go directly to that manufacturers (not dells) website to get the driver. 

    Try that first.
