No internet connection N300 Wifi range extender EX2700

I have been using 2 of these extenders for over a year. They both connect to my router and are located on opposite sides of the house. Today I noted that although both had the usual lights showing neither had an internet connection. I haven't made any changes to them or the Vodafone router. I have since factory reset both, re-entered the passwords and taking off MAC filtering on my router. I still get "No internet connection"

I'm out of ideas. I can't imagine both have physically failed so suspect another issue.
