No lights on modem at all
Hello. My modem Is just dead. No lights at all. Tried in plugging it and phone line etc no Joy. Any ideas ? Thank you
1. Check your power supply. They do go bad occassionally. If you have a power supply with the same voltage and at least the same amperage, it should work.
2. there is a power button. I know I shouldn't have to ask but did you push it?
3. There's also a led on/off switch on the back. has that been switched to the off position? Even in the off position, the power light should still light up.
