I would say you need to change wireless mode from "auto 108Mbps" to B &G mode or G only under wireless settings
yes, bottom of the router's IP should give you a prompt with at user/pass

pass password ( if you have not changed in the past)
You should access the route with computer using ethernet cable . Also wireless encryption type can cause issues you need to play with it.
