If the att device has a modem only mode, try that first.
If it doesn't work (or doesn't work properly) put the att device back in router mode, disable its wireless, and put the netgear in AP (access point) mode.
Some att devices modem only mode struggled but its worth trying first.

I am using the standard modem provided by my ISP AT&T.
And no switches between the router and the modem - direct link.

Most att devices are modem/router combo devices which cause a double nat.

do you have your att device in passthrough/modem only mode?
Or the netgear in the att devices dmz?
or the netgear in access point mode?

Ahh that might be the problem. I do see a Double NAT.
So my ATT router/modem's Broadband Interface shows - Automatic Ethernet/DSL model. (whereas there's an option of only ethernet, and only DSL).
The Netgear Router is NOT in Wireless AP mode.
So, I guess, you are suggesting I basically just change the Broadband interface on AT&T to DSL only mode, and let the Netgear act as a router like it is doing now?
Thanks once again. Really appreciate the quick replies.
