Not getting 300mbps on Ex2700

I expected to get upto 300mbps on my EX2700 and I am only getting 10mbps, I can't game with it. My virgin media router gives me 200mpbs, but it doesn't go to my room so I bought the EX2700 and I saw ...

So what should I do, I have very angry and upset that it doesn't go more than at least 80

      Oh yeah about that, I already sent the item back and I am getting refunded. Didn't expect such low mbps from a product that could give me upto 300mbps. I am getting a tp link powerline instead.
