Ok so I suddenly could not get my extender ( ex6110) to connect to my host router

Extender worked fine suddenly stopped each time it connected, showed it was connected yet came back stating wifi unavailable. After numerous attempts to connect I factory reset my extender then used the setup genie to go thru the setup. After it showed the extender as connected and configured on both 2g and 5g I try connecting and it states checking the status of wifi, connects me to the extender and the process of it doing the exact same as it has been connected with no internet. What is wrong with this thing?!!! A lil help please.
