only get 10mbs
I have N300 WiFi Range Extender(EX2700) and get only about 10mbs even in the same room as the router, see configuration page in the screenshot. I have changed the channel on the router but it did not ...

1. What speeds do you get from your router when you connect directly to it via 2.4ghz?
2. 2.4ghz is sensitive to interference. how many 2.4ghz networks can you pick up if you do a scan?
3. Your primary router isn't broadcasting at N300 speeds from the look of it. Have you tried setting it for the 40hz width (300mbps)?
4. What is your primary router? the router is the backbone of the network. A bad/poor performing router is going to mean a poor performing extender.
5. what speeds do you pay for? What speeds do you get? Reason why I ask is an extender is going to cut the speed in half because it has to receive and retransmit. So it cuts the bandwidth in half (roughly) and increases your latency.
