Only getting 144mbps on 2.4ghz
I recently purchased the A700 USb adapter. It advertises speeds up to 600mbps on 2.4ghz but Im only getting a flat 144mbps. How do I fix this?
144mbps over 2.4ghz is really good. thoroughput speeds and advertised connections speeds are 2 different things. Advertised speed is just the theoreticle maxim speed. It doesn't take into account network overhead, interference, receiving device specifics, distance, etc.

So like I said, 144mbps over a 2.4ghz network is actually a pretty darned good speed.
