Let's see if I get this right - you're in Europe where channels 12 & 13 are permissible, your router supports them, but your extender does not? Are you using a European market extender?
To answer your question, which ever channel you use overlaps (and interferes with) two channels above, two channels below - so, channel 1 overlaps 2 & 3, channel 6 overlaps channels 4,5,7 & 8, channel 11 overlaps 9, 10, 12 & 13.
What you do is choose the least congested of channels 1, 6 or 11 because any other choice will be affected by the overlap.
