OpenDNS login - not sure where to post

I am a novice here, but I have no idea where to get this question answered. I recently set up the parental controls on my Netgear WNR2000 wireless router. I created a bypass account for the grown-ups to use and I have my husband's and my desktops logged into the bypass account. But, I can't figure out how to get my android phone logged into the bypass account. I installed Netgear Genie, but when I click on Parental Controls, it prompts me to log into my OpenDNS account. When I do, it just sends me back to the same login screen. It also won't let me create a *new* OpenDNS account (when I have tried and I try to login with the new account, it still kicks me back to the same login screen). I am totally confused as to why this simple app isn't recognizing any OpenDNS logins. Any suggestions?
