Orbi AC2200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi

Good morning, 

My orbi has stopped working completely.  It just keeps flashing and appears to be trying to reboot or update.  Have tried everything and even after I tried the factory reset, it keeps blinking and is not working at all.  Very frustrating.  Thanks for any help you may have.  4 kids in virtual school is not good with a busted Wifi system that I paid good money to make it better.
