Randomly, today, my Orbi satellite stop having good connection. After many hours of frustration, factor reset on both satellite and router, I am at a loss that my only conclusion is that the satellit...
Might be worth logging in through the GUI and checking that route for the backhaul connection. I've seen several times where the app gets updated and displays wrong.
Also, you might try moving the location of the satellite. Maybe somethings change in the layout to block the signal
