Pc can't connect to extender ex3110

What router is it connect to? 

Are you installing it using WPS or using the installation assistant?

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

     

    it's connected to a freebox, model F-GW06250C.

     

    i installed the extender with the installation assistant.

      I couldn't find much info on that specific router. Looks like maybe a single band router? 

      have you tried setting it up using fastlane mode with the 2.4ghz as the backhaul?

        I honestly don't know if it's single band or not, I am not Very versed in that kind of stuff .

         

        how do I set it into fast lane mode as you said?
