PLW 1000v2 can connect but not receiving internet.
I have a netgear PowerLINE wifi V2, I set it up and i can connect to the wifi ssid but i cant seem to be able to gain access to the internet through this ssid.
my router is a Hawui HG659B from spark.
I have looked into the logs of the router and it is recieving the following:
| System | Notice | DSL connection is deactivated. |
and an error about a dns query failed that i cant make happen again. (from the other night)
Phones just sit on trying to optain an ip address.
Computer get a 169 address.

The Hawui HG659B is what's supplying internet/IP addresses. Does it work if you connect to it?
the PLW1000v2 doesn't have routing function. so if the Hawui isn't supplying it with IP addresses/connection to the internet, the poweline device isn't going to work.
So here's the order I'd take.
1. Get your Hawui working. thats key.
2. Setup the powerline devices in the same room connecting to the hawui to make sure everything works.
3. then move the one powerline device to where you want it. Potentially you have to move it as powerline devices are sensitive to interference in your lines. The further away, the worse the connection.
