Poor Technical Support
Are you experiencing poor technical support? I have Orbi 750 and had some issue. Called support.
1. Whoever answered the phone; did not categorize my issue correctly.
2. Because of #1; Went to wrong support team and wasted by 45 min troubleshooting issue (Despite of telling number of times that the issue is not labeled correctly) that does not exists.
3. Sent number of emails to support but no response.
The device cost is @500USD but it comes with very poor support. Has anyone experienced similar issue with the support and what you did to resolve it?

You might get faster and potentially better help on here. Many of the users tend to stay at the forefront of technology and are pretty good at troubleshooting.
But it'd help to post in the Orbi AX forum and to include more details of the actual issues you're having with your orbi.
