Port Forwarding not working

Hello! I have been trying to get port forwarding working for quite some time now and was curious as to what I'm doing wrong. I have read many of the posts here and some either aren't relevant to my problem or didn't work at all. I have set up a port on 25565 for the correct ip of the device which I want to be port forwarded and it doesn't work, even though the application is open and listening (verified with netstat -a in cmd). What am I doing wrong, or what settings do I change? Thanks in advance!
